Meet the Team

Our Helpline 24/7 teams care passionately about our customers and their futures. Our mission is to help as many people as possible live independent, confident and safe lives in the comfort of their own homes.

We are experienced in supporting people of all ages and abilities who want assistance in maintaining their independence, comfort and safety.

Whether for longer term support or short-term reassurance, e.g. following a hospital stay, we understand everyone has differing needs and we can help provide the appropriate levels of support.

Our flexible, local team includes equipment installers, operators and dual responders who are all trained in first aid skills, safeguarding and manual handling.  Our falls pick-up teams cover the whole of North Essex utilising our fleet of eco-friendly, hybrid cars.

Helpline is part of Colchester Amphora Trading Ltd (CATL), a company established and wholly owned by Colchester City Council.
