We are more than just a personal alarm provider; our team takes pride in being there for anyone who is concerned for their general safety and security at home. Whether they are managing a physical disability or restricted mobility, living with a condition such as epilepsy or arthritis, recovering from illness or returning from hospital, living with dementia, or are prone to falling. We have been delivering this vital service for over 25 years and operate around the clock; 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Through our personal alarm and pendant technology, we assist thousands of people to maintain their independence in their own homes. Once installed and tested, if the Helpline button is pressed for assistance, a call is immediately activated through to our monitoring centre. When connected you can speak directly to the Helpline operator from anywhere in your home.
