From our monitoring centre in Colchester, our call operators handle thousands of Helpline calls every year, working 24/7, 365 days of the year. 

All are trained to deal with any situation, from minor issues to emergencies. With our monitoring plan, whatever the nature of your concerns – illness, power cuts, unexpected callers, accidents in the home or any other matters, we’ll be there to provide reassurance, support and advice.  

In the event of an emergency, we will ensure your nominated family member or friend, GP, or the appropriate emergency services are notified and can attend to you.  

This is a monitoring only service. If you are concerned about falls or are unable to rely on the support of a family member or friend, we would recommend our 24/7 monitoring and falls pick-up plan.
