We’re pleased to announce that Helpline is expanding to create one service across North Essex which will include all residents who previously subscribed to Tendring’s Careline which is ceasing to operate in the coming weeks, this will bring together two trusted services to provide even greater support for our customers across Colchester and Tendring.
The expanded Helpline service means that all Careline customers will now be part of the Helpline family, ensuring seamless, uninterrupted 24/7 monitoring and emergency response.
